The HP Officejet Pro 8720 is an inkjet All-In-One printer with Scan and Copy functions, automatic document feeder, and default Fax. It works with Windows, macOS and Linux. The main paper tray capacity is 250 sheets, generous size. There is an automatic document feeder to allow you to copy or scan a pile of pages in one operation. The automatic document feeder can even copy or scan both sides of the page. The printer has a large 4.3″ display with a touch screen interface. You can connect directly to a PC with a USB cable, or to your network router either wirelessly with WiFi or with an Ethernet cable. This model has a built-in Fax, can save incoming Faxes if the paper runs out, and can send Faxes from an installed PC. It can access the internet directly, using download ‘Apps’ stored in the printer, letting you print information from news and entertainment services. When setup for use, the Officejet Pro 8720 requires a space that measures 13.2″ high by 20″ wide by 21.1″ deep.

When we attach a USB cable to an HP officejet printer, the computer will try to recognize it and if it has a suitable driver, it can do an automatic installation and print.
