Does your drive work with other discs? If this is the only one that won't play/load, then the disc may be faulty. If other discs do the same, you nay have a drive issue.

Software for cemetery records. If it is just this disc (and I assume it says the version they have sent you is Mac compatible, and compatible with the version of OSX you are using), then check to see if the disc is visibly damaged or marked. Mac desktop high sierra desktop clock app free.
