Getting Started

To use the Webex application, you will need to:

1. Download Webex Meetings - Windows
2. Download Webex Meetings- Mac
3. Install the Webex Meetings application.
   1. If you are asked which Webex site you would like to use, enter: uconn-cmr.webex.com

   2. If you run into these errors, click 'Yes'

   3. Sign in using your NetID and NetID password

Hosting the Meeting

1. The application home screen will show your name, your Personal Room link, options to Start your Personal Room and the option to Schedule a meeting using Outlook.

   1. There will be a link displayed under your name, at the top of the page. This is the link that you will need to share with the other participants in your meeting.
   2. Click on the square at the end of the link to copy the link. You can then send these links to other meeting attendees.
   3. Click on the green Start a Meeting button to begin hosting the meeting using your Personal Room.
